MediCiti Institute of Medical Sciences is established at Ghanpur, Medchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist of Telangana by Share Medical Care (NGO), during 2001-2002 over an area of 40 acres in the MediCiti Campus of 200 acres. A 720 bedded MediCiti Hospital functioning at Ghanpur since 1992 is attached to MIMS. MediCiti Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) was started during the year 2002-2003 with annual intake of 100 students.
